      Pros

      Other parts of the business are still great to work for including the other support teams.

      Cons

      UK NetSec has taken a completely different approach to recent changes. Training is non-existent along with any investment in careers. Headcount is being reduced over time. Micromanagement is overbearing. Morale is at an all-time low. Management style has reverted back to the 1980s.
