Direct manager consistently escalated trivial matters to HR with the apparent intent to create conflict, eroding trust and fostering a hostile and unprofessional work environment. Psychological safety was compromised, making genuine collaboration impossible. HR showed clear bias toward management and responded aggressively when employee concerns were raised, intimidating those who sought resolution. Invasive monitoring tools (e.g., Hubstaff) fostered a culture of surveillance and unnecessary pressure, despite management’s claims that the data is not actively reviewed. High turnover is unfairly attributed to former employees instead of addressing internal leadership issues. Many positive reviews online do not accurately reflect the true employee experience.
