Scope of learning in service based company is great, freedom to do multitasking ,explore new ideas , approval process compared to product based company is less and simple.Explore work for multiple clients in service based process.
Cons
Delayed Hikes , Promotion........Test your patients to the core. No transportation, food is not subsidized. No value for appraisal. Training's are not wrt skill at all. No team lunchs.All budgets freeze/customized.
