Pros

Decent pay and benefits , good co-workers

Cons

most store mangers are good but half got thier jobs as a favor, more than one manager have no clue what they are doing. The peolple that should get promoter that are in the company for a long time and are very efficient at theirs jobs, don't get a change, the company promotes how they give you opportunities to grow but that's a big FAT LIE only if you know somebody you move up, not base on your hard work or qualifications, terrible mangement at the corporate level
