High expectations for a retail role, you need to talk a lot and be very on your feet - explaining some promotions can be confusing for customers where there are often many promotions and some are quite elaborate. A lot of marketing focusses on pushing promotion through staff and staff interaction with customers, which can be difficult sometimes
