      Good Product - Horrible Company - Sales Representative Nescor Employee Review

      Pros

      The products basically sell themselves, even though ridiculously overpriced at sticker cost.

      Cons

      Poor management, constant turnover, unpaid training, no mileage reimbursement for driving to appointments (sometimes up to 2hrs away), bad leads.

      Pros

      Top notched training programs, highly effective installation teams, best in class warranties, the company rewards great behavior and expects top botched customer service from all employees. It's easy to wake up and be lucky enough to be able to represent Nescor to the world. Classiest organization I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      At this point I have yet to find any down sides specific to this company.
