Too much work load. Manager expects us to work after 6 even till 8-9 PM often. And not doing so will reflect on increments.

I had learnt a lot in this company, i started my journey in this company, they collegues are good and helpful, even the juniors. Environment vise also the company is good, they listen whenever required. HR is good as well, checked in a lot during wfh made things feel a little easier to handle.. Flexibilitily was very very good, I got a lot of work from home, but it was mainly because of workload.

Only reason to leave was overworking, it was a lot of overload. Training was not that good either, it was hardly there.
