Pros
You would be reporting to the "CEO" of the company (a cliche)
Cons
Does it look like you have a choice when the "CEO" himself decides on having things his way. You would have no say in anything. You turn up for meetings with him (which happens on a daily basis) & you are asked this question - Whats the Sales Status. The targets are unrealistic. But once you get the payments also, is the clients work done? Never. This "BOSS" drives the development team also & they would hardly be bothered to take in your inputs (Even they have no choice). Looks like they are busy working for the family business which the "BOSS" is into. At one moment you might be working, and before you even realize, you would be called by this "BOSS" to do his personal work. You might be on a holiday (a genuine Sick Leave) & you get a call from the Admin/HR asking you to show up in office. (Reason - "BOSS" wants to meet you). During Interviews, you are never made clear of job functions & responsibilities. It is deliberately avoided by Admin/HR (who is also driven by the "BOSS"). When you try asking the Admin/HR lady about this, she would say - "You can discuss that with the "CEO" in your interview with him. You would also be in no position to talk to the "BOSS" during your F2F interview with him as he would readily disapprove of anything you say (this Demotivate's the interview candidate & instills a certain fear in asking anything). He would always want to show you that he really is the "BOSS". Pathetic treatment to employees by "BOSS" & the Admin/HR towards the employees. No Proper flow of work within the company for anyone. I think i have made my point here about how it would be to work here.
