Pros
The people who work here are friendly and nice to work with
Cons
There are so many problems with this company but I'll boil it down to 3: 1) Product - the product is actually laughable. It's marketed as an enterprise software but in reality it has clunky UX, a terribly unprofessional design (pink gradients?), and uses an out-of-the-box AWS ML chatbot so that they can call themselves "a startup using ML/AI". The product looks like it was made by high-schoolers during a hackathon. 2) Business - there's no way this business will ever be profitable. For one, it's too high-touch. They have account execs that have to talk to every customer (this is normal) and recruiters that need to vet every person who wants to join the platform. Sure, that helps make the candidate pool better but that doesn't scale. I remember leadership telling recruiters that they need to send linkedin requests to find candidates for one of their few customers. If your app doesn't organically attract talent (ie Fiverr) and you have to literally go out and find talent along with customers, then you have no margin. At that point, what's the purpose of the platform if it only acts as a timesheet recorder? 3) Culture - will not lie, the people here are very nice but they are being fed propaganda from management. Weekly all-hands where they would talk about how well the company is doing and while it's true that revenue is going up, the losses keep going up as well.
