Local leaders were engaged and open communication with the customers

Sr. Leadership was disingenuous at best and dishonest at worst. Dysfunctional leadership and very siloed. Direct contact with customer, on multiple levels was satisfactory to exceeding expectations. Senior leadership was rah rah cheerleader and not focused on what the customer wanted addressed with projects.
