Pros
Good people while they lasted (constant turn over) Benefits while not great, were still better then a lot of other companies If you lasted long enough the PTO was good.
Cons
The C-suite had a revolving door which led to constant restructuring and a moving target for success. Every big lay-off event happens right before Christmas bc they need their fiscal year to look better. Unwilling to bid out jobs correctly- bid low and expect everyone else to spread even thinner to bridge the ever widening gap. C-suite was all talk and no real action. Employees asked for more communication- they delivered company wide "townhalls" that were a pagent to their own vanity. Consistently let go of higher paid people to backfill with less qualified, less expensive people or spread job duties to current employees. Good old boys club politics- who you know and how much do you kiss up means more then hard work and know-how. They have never had a woman in any position of authority and there is a gender pay gap.
