      Seeing the student's excitement and enthusiasm. Easing some of the younger students nerves due to a substitute teacher for the day. Getting to move from school to school and grade to grade within the district.

      Cons

      Not getting enough work each week to justify staying with the program. Far too many substitute teachers within in the district to keep everyone working.
