Benefits compared to PTO is good

Bonus is low but okay

Great products that were easy to differentiate and sell against the competition. The company was built with a great culture and and desire to be the best sales force in the industry. Good benefits and decent salaries. Good managers when they are given the opportunity to lead.

Disastrous manpower reductions striving for profitability left the company destroyed for culture. Consultants had some stupid ideas which were faithfully implemented at the expense of sanity. Territories which had been closed because of lack of profitability were reopened and some territories which were leading the company for sales were closed without explanation.
