IT Department - Anonymous employee Neogen Employee Review

Stay away from the IT department. It's extremely poorly managed. The managment has serious trust issues. Great ideas get ignored. Critical decision get ignored. Your job is at constant risk. You will be under paid. You will be worried about getting fired. The department has a very high turnover rate especially with new hires. Many new employees aren't capable of adapting to such a negative culture. People frequently get fired or let go without notice or cause. The company as a whole has extremely low morale. The company has a culture of shouting and screaming at people in meetings. Upper management is especially guilty of this. Many if not all the guys in IT are looking for other jobs. It's a depressing place to work. Please stay away.
