I have been working @NeovibeTechnologies for the past 9 years. I joined just 2 months after the company started as a web designer. From that time onwards I never thought about leaving this wonderful company as the work culture of Neovibe is excellent. I used to get more than enough time to study any technology I wanted as the management was very supportive. From the start till now all my inputs regarding work or company will be seriously taken care of. I have never experienced any sort of bossy attitude from the founders. Currently I am the Chief UI Designer of this company.

No cons that I can tell really.

The thing I like about the Neovibe is work-life balance ,you can work 8 hours a day but can still manage to get your things done. But at the peak time you must be ready to work extra for which you will get paid for sure. Those who want to study alongside work should definitely go for Neovibe. It gives you perfect balance to get your things done. Another plus of the company is that the company always values the personal side of each and every employee.
