Pros
Well-structured CI/CD pipelines. Great learning with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes so that the engineers know that from wherever they work, they do it with proper dedication to provide amazing results.
Cons
Sometimes, there are issues with the code. It is not so much of an issue as long as the seniors provide proper support to solve the problem. The workload can be a lot at times, but it is a good place to start a career and build skills early on.
