Pay is above market for a technician.

General lack of direction. Lots of turnover in upper management.

There are no Pros here

Culture of layoffs and poor leadership. Broke off from Graftech and never bothered to learn how to be self sustaining. The "leadership" team, or lack there of, was the people left over from the last major layoff and spent more time acting like a high school click than they did leading the company. Sad.
