Cons
Leadership - upper management and leadership are incompetent at best. Management and higher don't care about the front line employees and leadership is just unresponsive. You can't even go to the human resources with concerns because you can't reach anyone. The head of that department is best friends with the head of the site so there is no hope for any real change. Supervisors in Operations don't last, especially if they're on nights. Culture - depending on your shift the culture can positive and upbeat, or it can seem like you're micro-managed and constantly have a target on your back, there's no consistency. Communication - there really is none outside your team or department. No one works together across teams or departments, it is like they all live on their own little island. A lot of work sabotage and clicks. They have a reporting line that you can call but even then you don't see any response or change.
