Pros
Honestly, there were some pros working here. However the company gave me such a negative ending I don't even consider them pros anymore.
Cons
Management. From the top down, the company is rife with miscommunication, micro-managing, disorganization, and finger-pointing. I was let go on false charges and since there is no HR department I couldn't dispute the termination. Not that I really cared to because I was already looking for other jobs; it's too stressful here. However think of that; the company boasts 22 properties worth $225+ million and THERE IS NO HR DEPARTMENT.
The principals don't care about their employees or their customers, or even their properties--they don't take care of them. They care solely about profit. They care about buying out the next property down the street. Every policy they have in place makes them money. Period. There is no sense of proper customer service or business ethics.
In my time there, I watched every valuable employee (even some HIGH up the corporate chain) either get fired, or leave because of hostile work environment. Anyone who joins this company and actually CARES, gets terminated. Meanwhile all the hum-drum 9-5ers stay on because they are favored by some manager who hired them.
I cared about this company once. I wanted to succeed here and I wanted to company to succeed. But it's just not going to happen. Not with the managers they hire.
PS: Don't believe all the positive reviews, we were all required to write those back in October. That's why they all showed up around the same time.
