Promising experience - Anonymous employee Nelios Employee Review

Office environment seemed good but I worked remotely for this project. This company has survived all these years so I suppose there is a list of clients that keep it alive. It was only this two months contract therefore I cannot say anything more.

Very hesitated to pay. He said that he would pay me some amount of money but there was a delay of over two months until I receive the payment for the contract and I had delivered on time. The few times I asked for technical help, the suggested solutions were outrageous and against everything I have known since today about software design. I was present in front of a presentation to a client and the main concern was how to trick the client of believing that things are ready to be deployed when this was barely true.

As with any digital agency, sometimes you'll have to stay longer than typical working hours to finish an urgent task, but generally speaking there is good time management.
