Pros

-Co-workers are great if you have the chance to recruit and hire your own people. -Very easy LP work, the department is very low level so it’s not numbers driven. -company is still hands on and handcuffs are issued (without proper handcuff training though).

Cons

-Crazy luxury retail politics -Policies don’t apply to employees with certain titles -LP infrastructure is very basic but is presented as a well developed department. -Company penny pinches on every little thing -No job security considering the huge debt they have lingering (its public knowledge). -LP need to be its own department and detached from store side to be successful and to retain quality LP Professionals.

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

Cons

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

Gratis, management worked with you, loved having the time around so many cool products, great energy on our team.

It closed, some people were super sharky, once Saks took over it changed everything…
