      Speaking to diverse group of people, the discount to purchase items from Neiman Marcus and affiliates, and opportunities to increase income.

      Cons

      Micro Management, Contradicting feedback from management, Avoidance of employee availability to work a specific schedule, scheduling never provide feedback that message was received when a voicemail is left. Changing schedule without taking into account employees availability. Very old DOS system that is not user friendly. Very slow network
