During my time with the company there have been many positive changes which are supportive of company growth. I am excited to be part of a company which continues to go from strength to strength. Neighborly UK works hard to identify improvements, listens to feedback and implements ways to continually develop employees and the company. The Senior Management team, the teams within the office environment and the Franchise Network are friendly and hardworking and are focused on providing services to the highest standards. The office environment is new, fresh and vibrant with great facilities. Neighborly UK offers a fair work/life balance. As the company continues to evolve it is a great time to be involved and I would recommend Neighborly UK, as a place of work to anyone who is a hardworking, can see the bigger picture and has the vision of what a great place to work looks like. If you are hardworking and willing to contribute towards making something that is already very good to great, this is for you.
