The general manager and proprietor, Caleb Hill, is just about the best boss you could ask for as a restaurant employee. Treats everyone, guests and employees, with a level of respect and humanity that earns him the loyalty of those around him. Since the restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch, the benefit of having nights off is a welcome change from the dinner shift.

Early mornings, the shift is long on you will wear out whatever shoes you buy.
