They're working with the best companies in the industry, so the exposure is great. You wont be limited, as an employee, to work on different aspects if you show promise and capability
Cons
You will need to sign your life away, since work starts early, ends well into the night, and yet you are expected to take work home. Oh and its a six day work week, Management does not value employees, so there is no monetary compensation for performance.The pay scale is also well below industry standards.
