Pros
-Excellent company culture. -Super great pay and benefits. -Wonderful coworkers. -Right now, work is being done to create a Career Ladder to help employees know how to progress in their careers. (It'll be great when this is up and running!) -Be a part of a cool movement to help small businesses have access to business bank accounts!
Cons
-Rapid growth sometimes make it easy to get lost in the shuffle. -Didn't get a Christmas bonus last year (2021) - instead received a [mediocre] charcuterie board. -Not a ton of LGBTQ+ team members, but I don't think that's intentional.
