The list is too long: - Salaries are delayed month on month basis, it depends on the MD's moods when to payout salaries - Too much politics - No vision - MD and CEO are at loggerheads, both have different working style and vision, hence there is a lot of confusion whom to follow - No proper communication company wide - Employee grievance is at PEAK always since its not Employee centric - Appraisals will be given once in 2.5 years - PLI will be given like peanuts that too if you fight for it, otherwise forget it - No tissues in the washrooms, hygeine not maintained, one of the washrooms is not functioning since the last 1 year - Vendors are paid only when the company is suppose to pay penalties - Everyone knows everybodys salary and appraisal %age hike, even the peons will have this crucial information - Hire and fire policy is the mantra at Nazara, they will hire someone and Fire within a few months citing cost cutting as a reason - Performance review is a joke, its at the mercy of the MD as to how close you are to him. If you please him and be in his good books, you will get a decent salary hike and PLI.
