Where do I start ? from the endless hire and fire policy or from 'we have no idea what we are doing' scene honestly they have no clue what they are doing. No one knows why they even call themselves a gaming company. No plan, no vision, no one even cares about the employees. Worst part this was a VAS company and now they want to be called a gaming company, so the entire gaming section is full of new hires & VAS (which still exists) is of old employees, the VAS section is full of uneducated lazy people who are still there because they don't have much work and they are kind of enjoying what they are doing right now, which is nothing !! Let us come to the gaming side.. they recently got a new CEO from another gaming company but has no clue on what the company needs best. The new CEO started the Hire&Fire policy, which he feels is the best thing to do, so if you join beware you will be a part of this cycle... During the hiring process the HR will call you 500 times and ask you what you need.. they make you comfortable & then it all begins.... once you enter you understand that they have no idea what they are doing .... you end up doing everything that they ask... worst part the CEO interferes every department & with every person... making life miserable by giving them random stuff to do.... why hire experts if you don't want to listen to them or use their expertise. externally they will do so much and make so much noise about being the best gaming company in the world but only the people inside know what they are. if in case you plan to join this place atleast talk to 10 ex/current employees
