      One of the last civilian companies with great benefits for folks starting out.

      shift work and retail employees are considered essential personnel so have to got to work during most weather events

      Not sure there are any anymore

      Cons

      Pay is half of what it would be in the private sector. Management will move you into a different role without your consent. They used to offer flexible telework but removed the benefit. Now teams are trying to get by while half their positions sit empty since we can’t seem to hire…because no one wants to work here
