Pros

The customers are some of the best in the world and are a joy to work with compared to most retail locations. Even the Managers and Supervisors make working with them rather painless; they even help out on the floor often. I've got great coworkers who like myself were screened rather meticulously before being hired.

Cons

The pay is minimal, just barely surpassing minimal wage and benefits only become open to full and part-time workers. Flex-workers average a good six months before they are brought on full or part-time. The technology used is not the best; the cash registers are slow and glitchy... we've had them since last May.

Pros

- Job itself is quite easy - Don't have to deal with full public - Health benefits are nice - Get access to tax free product. - Very generous time off/sick time compared to other companies

Cons

- Management can be difficult to work with and seems inexperience in the technology that the workers are using to do their jobs. - registers, scanner guns, payroll software, store technology in general feels very outdated by todays standers and make it difficult to do my job. -Taking time off is difficult because of how poor management is with operating payroll software. - Hardly any training for new staff. - People that need to be fired aren't let go, but people that do a good job leave because management doesn't do anything about it except file a report. - Constant rotating staff that seems to be never questioned why they're leaving. - Pay is insulting compared to other companies.
