      La paga e le ore di lavoro sono ottime rispetto alla situazione reale italiana.

      Cons

      sfruttano la normativa italiana per non farvi fare più di 12 mesi di lavoro, hanno paura che si pretenda il posto fisso quando poi il limite previsto dalla normativa Renzi è di 24 mesi

      Not sure there are any anymore

      Cons

      Pay is half of what it would be in the private sector. Management will move you into a different role without your consent. They used to offer flexible telework but removed the benefit. Now teams are trying to get by while half their positions sit empty since we can’t seem to hire…because no one wants to work here
