Management is very egocentric, supports favoritism, lack basic management skills, do no care for quality of service and customer satisfaction. No vision or no planning whatsoever, Do not care for employees, treat them badly, heed no attention to employee's suggestion, Not ready to invest on employees even on training, Their most valuable asset was dealership of B&O; but they lost it due to bad management. No structure in the organization, employees don't know their job profile. Funniest thing is after working for nearly a year HR department asked all the employees to write their own Job Description and send it to them. Held up full n final payment of few ex-employees for no apparent reason.

The company treats its employees in the best possible manner and ensures theirwell being and interests. Its part of a much larger group that prides itself on integrity and values. the above reviews were written by employees removed for non compliance of policy and gross negligence. the company has a zero tolerance towards unethical behaviour
