I’ve had a very positive experience working at Navriti Technologies. The company truly values its employees and provides a supportive environment where learning and growth are encouraged every day. Some internal processes are still evolving as the company grows, so workflows can sometimes take time to streamline.

Salaries are not credited on time, and there is no fixed payday. The HR team is understaffed, with only two members, both located in the Bangalore office.
