Dear Reviewer - Thanks for taking out time to let us know about our good and bad thing. Regarding the cons part that you mentioned, yes it got delayed for a few consecutive months, that too for the first time in the entire history since our existence. But it happened due to external factors (beyond our control) and it was explained in detail to all the employees. Nonetheless we have already taken corrective measures to avoid this in future and I am sure that even you will agree to this, looking at the trend from past 2 months at least.

The work culture is energetic and collaborative, and the team is filled with motivated and talented individuals. Work–life balance is respected, and the company ensures that employees are recognized and appreciated for their efforts. The projects are meaningful and offer a great platform to enhance skills and professional development.

Cons

Some internal processes are still evolving as the company grows, so workflows can sometimes take time to streamline.

Pros

Flexible working hours. A supportive and understanding team leader. Easy access to senior management. Good leave policy. Employees can avail up to 4 work-from-home days each month.

Cons

Salaries are not credited on time, and there is no fixed payday. The HR team is understaffed, with only two members, both located in the Bangalore office. Employees do not receive proper recognition or appreciation for their work. There is no defined appraisal cycle. Overall office management is weak.
