Pros
Salary is according to the market for companies of the same size. The flexibility of working remotely most of the time (just 1 day a week in the office) makes things better for people who don't like to waste time commuting.
Cons
Since the last layoff, things seem off. It's hard to see the future ahead, and bad decisions that have led the company to its current state make people fear for their jobs in the short and long term.
