Pros

There are benefits and a gym membership, and sadly a lot of extremely talented people that continue to work for this company

Cons

-There are no company standards -There are no company ethics -There is no consistent focus or direction offered by management -There is no real training -There are unrealistic expectations -Employees are not free to question any process -There are clear company 'favorites' and those individuals have no rules. These are the same people with highly questionable business ethics -The employees that genuinely care and push to better the company are terminated for not falling in line -Employees are repeatedly lied to and asked to 'bend' or 'spin' the truth when dealing with clients -There is no trust in the workforce and management offers no transparency on projects or timelines -The owner claims to be an 'expert' and is in a constant state of contradiction and then blames clients for issues that come from a lack of knowledge and research. These issues are handed to the customer service and sales team to deal with and no support from upper management is offered -Materials are often times pledgarized from other companies in the same market space, repackaged and sold as NavigateHCR products -Sadly a company that has a Compass as its logo has no clear direction or respect for any moral compass
