Pros
HR tries really hard to create a positive work environment by celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and just about anything else. The company has taken a very employee friendly approach to COVID-19, not requiring anyone to to come into the offices, and virtually no one does. There are a lot of things to work on, so you can get a lot of experience. A lot of people try very hard.
Cons
See Newscycle posts too. Those are pretty accurate. Chaotic environment. No stability. Strategic plan changes frequently. Lots of starts and stops and restarts. Many managers lead emotionally. Turnover has been the only consistent thing for this company. Several reductions in force every year and people leaving on their own. Impossible to get any traction when the team is constantly changing. The number of corporate projects, everything is urgent. Some people there don't handle stress well. Benefits are OK. Didn't get a performance review in several years. Health plan is good. Don't count on the bonus pay. 401k is not matched this year because of cost reductions.
