      Pros

      Great product that helps people with head and neck camcer diagnosis. The actual people who work there day to day are great and helpful but definitely over worked. COO is a very good leader but impaired by CEO's ego.

      Cons

      The CEO has actually no experience running a business he came from research institute and it shows. He cannot trust anyone including his own leadership team and acts biligerent towards most yeiling and cursing weekly. He breads a hostile work.

      Listened to by management, able to share new thoughts and ideas, flexibility, great benefits

      Cons

      Still in a start up biotech mentality, so there are some strains with that, but overall still a great company

      -Meaningful mission -Patient-centered culture -Significant career growth opportunity -Flexible work environment -Positive team

      Cons

      -Fast-paced, must be willing to adapt to change and wear many hats (can be a con for some - but this is the type of environment I prefer)
