Pros

Sometimes, employees will bring a dog to the office.

Cons

Look, I know it's a tough job market but you have got to look through the consistently bad and specific reviews this company has received for years. Then, you need to look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself if this is really the environment you want to spend your time in. There are two groups of employees here. In group one, we have the optimists. These are either new hires that really want this to work. Their recruiter had answers for everything and the peers on their team are nice enough people, albeit they are trauma-bonded. If they're not new hires, they likely believe this level of disarray is standard for a startup and take pride in not being like other employees. You'll see them gloat about not being too shocked about executive departures, or spend long days in the office wondering where everyone is. They probably feel like it's totally understandable that benefits would get cut to be IPO-ready and that the people leaving reviews here are just bitter, uncommitted, and not a "culture-fit". Some have been here for years with an incredibly rugged ability to compartmentalize their experiences, and not care too much about the pain of those around them. The other employees you meet are professionals that saw potential squandered here. There's a mass exodus of great employees here. You'll probably make captivating friendships but you will also see them beaten down by this culture and be defeated by brilliant and not-so-brilliant bullies here. There's no more nuance or hope here, seriously. It's all unjust firing, dumpster fires, and burned bridges. It's your choice if you want to join, and maybe you will be successful. If you do decide to, equip yourself with as much privilege as possible and never, ever, try to do the right thing.

Pros

Competitive compensation and strong benefits package. The coworkers and frontline teams are one of the company’s greatest strengths many are incredibly hardworking, supportive, and committed to helping both customers and teammates succeed.

Cons

Significant operational gaps continue to impact efficiency and employee experience. Reporting systems and workforce planning frequently feel disconnected from the realities of day-to-day operations. Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
