Pros

Company will stop at nothing to please its employees. CRO is kind and very funny. Good logo. Long hours will make your family appreciate you more when you finally get to see them. Nobody interested in travel - super challenge to sell! No certainty - wild ride!

Cons

Stress is quite high but I have learned to cope by crying regularly. Carlos is, if anything, too charismatic.

Best company I've ever worked for. Pay, learning and development, and growth opportunities are endless. Poor results will be called out (in a constructive way) leaders will work with you areas in need of improvement.

Cons

You have to WORK hard. There is no easy path to be successful. You cannot fake it to make it here.

Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
