Pros

Company has better than average benefits.

Cons

There is strife in Dallas. Seems the current leadership is cleaning house! Employees with exemplary stats, work ethic and industry background are being terminated for poor performance because of new call stat measurements. We’re not given the opportunity to meet the new goals. People are stressed, badgered and made to feel invaluable. This is not the TA I started with!

Lots of opportunity for advancement, pay compensation, mentor opportunities, great work environment, diversity and equality.

Cons

notice of sick time usage for it to count as Excused Absence, the ability to trade shifts as all U.S. based workers work Monday thru Friday with the earliest shist starting at 8 am and the latest starting at 12 pm CST

Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
