Pros
- The recruitment/interview/on-boarding process was the most efficient I've ever experienced. Cons
- Some may see it as a con (although I personally don't), however; if you're not up to the task of hitting the ground sprinting or feeling like you've been shot out of a cannon then this isn't the place for you.
