Pros

- The recruitment/interview/on-boarding process was the most efficient I've ever experienced. BIG kudos to Benita Lao, her fellow colleagues, and all those at TripActions that provided me the professional confidence to join the team. - I've never been welcomed with such open arms to a company before in my career. - The people that work at TripActions are real, have lovely personalities, and help lift each other up when the opportunities present themselves. - The pace at which everyone moves in cohesion is inspiring, keeps you on your toes, and ensures you're constantly delivering your A game. - The pain points of which the TripActions platform is solving is apparent in its need and the logos that are joining us for this ride are evidence that the solution is working. - Training programs, professional fulfillment, emphasis on culture, and transparent leadership leave no room for a toxic work environment. - Benefits and compensation are incredibly generous - I feel valued as an employee!

Cons

- Some may see it as a con (although I personally don't), however; if you're not up to the task of hitting the ground sprinting or feeling like you've been shot out of a cannon then this isn't the place for you.

Pros

Fast paced, plenty of room and opportunity to grow. Very good starting pay and ability to earn bonuses. Many remote work options. Strong culture and supportive leadership, with fun company events (like the Christmas party) that help people feel connected, even for the many remote employees.

Cons

The pre‑hire assessment is very strict and pass/fail. I’ve referred strong, experienced candidates who I know are good workers, but they did not pass the test and were not given the opportunity to move forward. It feels like the process may screen out some high‑potential talent who could otherwise thrive here.
