The culture is high energy and collaborative, and there’s a real sense of purpose behind what we’re building. You’ll never be bored here because there’s always a new challenge and you’re trusted to solve it.
Cons
Like any fast-growing company, things move quickly and priorities can shift. We also keep our teams very lean, so at times it can feel like resources are stretched thin but that seems to be shifting in a more positive direction. It’s not the right environment if you’re looking for a slow pace or rigid structure, but if you thrive in dynamic, evolving spaces, it’s a huge plus.
