Pros

Dedicated, mission‑driven culture: colleagues care deeply about safety and support one another. • Strong sense of purpose and responsibility—working at the technical authority for Navy ordnance and explosives safety fosters pride. • Generally stable leadership and a collaborative environment.

Cons

Telework policy recently rolled back: remote flexibility that was once available has been significantly curtailed. • Training and development opportunities are limited: structured professional growth programs or cross‑functional training aren’t as robust or visible as desired. • Occasional bureaucracy and micromanagement, which can slow decision-making and stifle innovation.
