Pros
You can receive Decent , competitive pay or salary if negotiate well during the hiring / interview process and work with the HR department.
Cons
The President of this company has a serious temper and leads by emotion not logic. This style influences all management in the company and Turnover in all departments is totally out of control. The managers are constantly operating in a state of fear and panic. Good employees are fired for unwarranted reasons and Threatening people's jobs is a regularly used form of "motivation". There is little to no real coaching done at Navajo. If you are promised a raise, bonus or commission don't hold your breath, these are rarely if ever paid. Systems are from the 1980s and there are no plans to update. The work environment is toxic and most of the company is looking for a way out. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.
