      Extremely understanding and great work cuture

      Cons

      They have head office in NS, just pray to god you do not have to deal with them. Extremely difficult to deal with and total opposite work environment than local office.

      Work relatively unsupervised. Very tight-knit group with a nice, warm environment compared to cold, corporate environment usually in this industry.

      Cons

      Canadian company that has a branch in the U.S., so when business is bad your the first to get laid off.
