Pros
the company is growing (my last company was not), really good people to work with, decent training, some cool new products like nicview, great (GREAT) clinical speciailists & customers like the company overall, promotes from within the company (last company did not)
Cons
the company has some older product issues, district sales managers need more training and I would like to have more clinical specialists
