The company is ethical and everyone takes their job seriously. Management is friendly. End of year bonus for everyone in the company. Get to build a diverse skill set. Good work-life balance —not overworked. Lots of bilingual employees. (Spanish, Japanese, even freaking Mongolian)

Pay seems to be lower for the kind of work being done; it's a smaller company, so this makes sense. Constantly changing instructions and requirements. Slightly understaffed.
