      Lovely people and environment to work in. Interesting work, travel to conferences a couple times a year.

      Cons

      Poor pay, especially for London and the level of training & expertise Editors have. Limited opportunities outside of main bulk of work i.e. editing. Low morale owing to poor pay & top-down changed.

      Great environment for a scientist to become an editor. Always reading and learning, with ample travel.

      Cons

      Pay is somewhat low and need to be comfortable staying in this position.
