Decent Company - Assistant Manager Nature Landscapes Employee Review

No pros at all. Cant think of anything

1. Lunch time is Grab. No one goes out for lunch. U eat at your desk and work. Tats lunch time. 2. Meetings are always held on Sat. 5 day work week... but not 5 day... 3. Endless OTs... It is a norm for people to OT 4. Toxic environment. Very toxic 5. Anything, is you pay 1st... claim from company later which is always a slow process.... 6. Pay is very low. Dont expect very high. No OT pay for certain levels. No OIL too. So dont bother to think so much. Piece of advise... Please avoid this company as much as possible
