I feel like I have learned a trade or new skill that benefits me and makes me more of an asset. They definitely notice and reward hard work. I have gotten 2 raises in my first year. So far it seems like a great place to make a career. Great benefits.

Its fast paced and stressful sometimes, but it does make you needed and not expendable. Most of the stress comes from meeting deadlines and growth of the company.

Decent pay for the area

Forced overtime, taking your breaks are looked down on, rampant nepotism, owners will turn on you in an instant. Was fired after bringing up safety concerns in a group meeting with one of the owners, was told I ‘wasn’t a good fit’ despite putting in many (forced) overtime hours and never having been written up before. Supervisors will snitch on you in a heartbeat if they feel it will secure their own power. Ownership very much of a ‘the beatings will continue until morale improves’ mindset.
